Attention Vending Customers


When using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at one of our vending machines, you may notice a temporary pending charge on your account. This is called a preauthorization hold and is used to verify that funds are available.


If you complete a purchase, the pending amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual purchase price.


If an item does not dispense or you cancel your transaction, a temporary authorization hold may still appear on your account. This is not a completed purchase charge and should automatically be released.


Most pending authorizations are resolved within 24–72 hours, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


If a charge has been finalized for an item you did not receive, please contact Variety Companies for assistance.
