1. About Our Services
Variety Companies provides vending, micro market, smart cooler, coffee and tea, water, food service, ColdSnap and breakroom design services to businesses and organizations across South Georgia and North Florida. The Site provides general information about these services. Service availability, equipment, product selection and pricing vary by location and are confirmed only through a separate service agreement with Variety.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with it

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

• Submit false, misleading or harmful information through any form

• Copy, scrape or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

3. Forms and Service Requests
Submitting a service request, contact form or interest form does not create a service agreement or guarantee service. We will review your request and follow up using the contact information you provide. Please make sure the information you submit is accurate.

4. Payments at Our Equipment
Purchases made at Variety vending machines, micro market kiosks and smart coolers are processed by third-party payment providers. If an item does not vend after you pay by card or mobile wallet, the charge shown is a temporary preauthorization and will not be collected. Our SureVend technology releases the preauthorization automatically, typically within 24 to 72 hours depending on your financial institution. For other payment questions, please submit a service request or contact us.

5. Promotions and Giveaways
From time to time, Variety may offer promotions, product specials and giveaways. Each giveaway is governed by its own official rules, which control in the event of any conflict with these terms. Promotions are subject to availability, may vary by location and may end at any time.

6. Product and Service Information
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. Product images, brands and examples are for illustration and may not reflect the exact products available at every location.

7. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photos, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Variety Companies and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Brand names and logos of the products we carry, such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Hill & Brooks and others, are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify products we distribute. Their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement of Variety.

The Site may link to websites or services operated by others. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site, and visiting them is at your own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colquitt County, Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
